Manukyan, a 39-year-old individual currently facing charges of sexual assault
and battery against a vulnerable person, has been reported missing. This comes
after Manukyan failed to appear at a preliminary hearing in Reno Justice Court
on August 9, prompting concern among authorities. It has been discovered that
Manukyan's ankle monitor, which was a component of his bail conditions, ceased
to track his location on July 28 in Glendale, California. As such, a search is
currently underway to locate him and ensure his safety. I hope that he will be
